These modernist cufflinks are rectangular with four parallel ridges.
Joan Polsdorfer became the first American designer for Georg Jensen USA during World War II, because Jensen was having difficulty getting their silver across the Atlantic. She also designed for G.T. Marsh, I. Magnin, Gumps and Bullock's Wilshire using the trade name JoPol.
